Overview
We believe employment builds independence, confidence, financial stability, and stronger community connections. We support participants across Western Sydney, including Rooty Hill, Blacktown and Mount Druitt.
This support is available for people who may need assistance to prepare for work, search for opportunities, or maintain their role due to physical, intellectual, or psychosocial disability.
Support may include identifying career goals, developing job-ready skills, resume preparation, interview support, communication training, travel training, and on-the-job assistance.
Every plan is personalised to match individual strengths, interests, and long-term goals, ensuring sustainable employment outcomes.
We collaborate with families, support coordinators, and vocational partners to provide consistent and reliable services.
