Understanding your NDIS plan, your service agreement and your daily supports is easier in your own language. Our Arabic-speaking team members can explain your supports, talk with family members and help you feel comfortable from the very first meeting.
We also understand the cultural and religious needs that matter to many Arabic-speaking families, such as halal food, prayer times, Ramadan and family involvement in decisions, and we build them into your supports.

Our office is at 93 Beames Avenue, Rooty Hill. As a registered NDIS provider we work with self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed plans, and we explain how invoicing works for your plan at our first meeting.

Can a support worker speak Arabic with me?
Yes. Tell us when you enquire and we’ll match you with an Arabic-speaking team member wherever we can, at home, in the community and at work.
Can you talk to my family in Arabic?
Yes. With your consent, we’re happy to involve family members in planning meetings and regular updates, in Arabic or English.
Does it matter how my plan is managed?
No. As a registered NDIS provider we work with self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed plans, and explain how invoicing works when we first meet.
