NDIS support · Western Sydney
At Skillwise Disability Services, our Supported Independent Living (SIL) service helps participants live as independently as possible while receiving the day-to-day support they need.
Overview
We provide reliable assistance in a shared or individual home environment that promotes safety, comfort, and personal growth. We support participants from our base in Rooty Hill and across Western Sydney, including Blacktown and Mount Druitt.
SIL is ideal for participants who require regular help with daily routines due to physical, intellectual, or psychosocial disability.
Support may include personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, medication assistance, community access, and support with appointments.
Every home environment is tailored to suit individual needs, preferences, and goals.
We collaborate closely with families, support coordinators, and health professionals to ensure consistent and high-quality care.
What we help with

Learn to prepare simple meals, use kitchen equipment safely, and build confidence in everyday cooking tasks.
