This Core Support is designed for people who may be unable to complete daily activities independently due to physical, intellectual, or psychosocial disability. Our trained support workers provide respectful, person-centred assistance while encouraging independence, confidence, and wellbeing.
Support can include help with personal hygiene, showering, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and continence care. We also assist with meal preparation, eating and drinking, medication reminders or administration within scope of practice, and mobility or transfers at home or during appointments and community access.
Every service is tailored to the participant’s goals, routines, and preferences, ensuring flexible and consistent care that promotes quality of life.
